Hi Mark, Thanks so much for the feedback! Catrin's hair is indeed still white. Word of her coming and the changes in her appearance preceded here to the Godfist. There was definitely a lot going on at that point :). I agree that the narration improves a good bit after book one, and I'm not far from releasing a rerecorded version of Call of the Herald.By: Mark
This is a fantastic set of books. Like earlier comments I look forward to seeing where Brian takes the story next. Is Catrin's hair still white? as I don't remember any reaction from people when she returned home although there was a lot going on at the time. I too took a little while to get used to your accent and the audio in the first book but I'm from the UK so thats down to me not Brian but the story soon over came this and drew me in. Thank you for your hard work in producing this excelent story and good luck with the next book.By: Brian Rathbone
AngelEyes, I'm so glad that you enjoyed the story enough to listen more than once. That's a very nice compliment. Thank you. Regarding your very astute questions: Catrin's nails did grow back. Her skin is whole and not scarred but is never quite the same again. It's sort of cracked like the floor of a dried lake bed, and she thinks it makes her look like an old woman. I say she looks fine, but what do I know. Men! Hmm. The timeline. I have that mapped out somewhere but I'm going to quickly add it up in my head and give you a round about. I could dig up the actual number, but it's in a drawer that has poisonous spiders in it, and my flame thrower is on the blink. I believe the elapsed time was just under four years. Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope you enjoy the story just as much the next time around!
