Arana, thank you so much! I really appreciate it! I was so excited to see this, this morning. The characters probably feel real because, honestly, every single one is based on a real person and the CASA was a real group house in my hometown. Great bunch of crazy guys and girls.By: Araña
i admit, while i was quite weary of the magical realism genre, i was very pleasantly surprised by this book. i enjoyed the characters (i'm a sucker for characters) and the whimsy added a succulent touch to it. i'm currently on my way to russell's website to read more fiction.
