Now that you are registered,
you can sign up for subscription feeds by searching or browsing the catalog and clicking the subscribe
link in the book detail.
New and Coming Soon books will be advertised on the homepage, so check back
often to keep track of the latest new books! We have a Podiobooks Podcast to
keep everyone up to date on the latest happenings in the Podiobooks world.
You can sign up by adding "http://www.podiobooks.com/podcast.xml" into your favorite podcatcher.
Remember Podiobooks may be free for you, but the authors work many months to
make these books a reality, then spend their time recording for podcasting.
Podiobooks.com has added a donation feature to help offset the very real
costs of this new medium. For every single dollar you donate, $.75 gos to
the authors. This isn't half after paypal fees, or programming fees,
or any other fees...this is half the money you donate up front!
If you donate $10, the authors get $7.50. If you donate $1,000,000 the authors get $750,000.
What happens to the other 25%? Well, it goes to pay our hosting fees, bandwidth fees,
paypal or other donation processing fees, basically all the fees get paid after the
authors get their cut. So, dig deep! Together, we can help support Podiobooks
and the authors that are making this happen!
