Now releasing Digital Magic by Philippa Ballantine
It’s about time we had some new Pip. We’re happy to help syndicate Digital Magic:
Penherem is a quaint, sleepy English village where people go to escape the 21st Century. Hiding from the world of laptop computers, the Internet, and wireless communication, is Ella. A writer, now barren of ideas and drive, she resigns herself to a quiet life of solitude. Everything changes with the arrival of a shapeshifting thief. Suddenly, everyone begins to change–from the local librarian to the lady of the manor–revealing their true natures and dangerous secrets. Something in this sleepy English village is awakening… something that might be better left alone.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I definitely recommend listening to the podiobook and purchasing this and other works by P.B.

One of my favorite podcasts. I highly recommend any work by Pip Ballantine.

Just curious why the episodes on Podiobooks are so far behind the author’s site? Also, anyone know when the final chapter (22) will be finished?

That is a very good question, John. I assume it has to do with Pip’s travel schedule, but I’d sure like her to catch up a little more.

I am enjoying the story; however the “background music” at the beginning of chapter 5 was louder than the narration.

I loved the level of detail in this book! Will we be lucky enough to see yet another sequel in tihs universe?
