    Amazing!

Good narrating, and great storytelling, I read this book in a breeze.
I guessed right from the start who the real villain was, and you didn’t disappoint me, I really enjoyed the plot.

This book was a nice break from my usual crime-scifi novels and I recommend it to other readers too.

I’m looking for another audiobook by Jeffrey!

I loved this book and was totally engaged right from the beginning. However I felt the narration was just a little too quick. I like to sit back and listen to books not feel rushed through them.
    Thanks

Story was good but all performers should at least TRY to do just that. Reading the text without any inflection or modulation but instead rushing the reading just does not get it for me.

Great book, I really enjoyed it. I’ll try it come back and rate it when the site will let me, it’s being wonky as of now. Strong, believable characters and plot and I did NOT guess who it was. I liked that. The narration was enjoyable as far as performance, but I will agree that it was a little quick, kind of like a newscast. But your site says you were in radio? So maybe that’s the training you’re pulling from. Notwithstanding, still a top-notch story, thank you.

  5. Great story Says:

A good story and worth listening to, but in echoing others who have commented here: It is read way too fast. At times, I found myself wondering how the narrator kept from tumbling over words. Also, the narrator/author has a beautiful voice, but he has projected too much “newscaster” pitch into the reading.

Interesting story but the narrator makes it unlistenable. The voice modulates with no connection to the emotional content or events of the story.

  7. Pirvonen Says:

The narrator is hellishly fast. Usually I have no trouble with audiobooks, with this one I was feeling an urge to hit a pause button every few seconds just to let my brain catch up with the narrator.

    Intriguing, thrilling, titillating story.
