Sorry, very important omission from my last message. I meant American TV series. (Don't want to upset the excellent authors here)

Hi Gail
Thank you for your feedback about the podcast. Episode 23 has been available for a couple of days on the main feed at http://someotherscotland.com, but has not yet been activated by podiobooks. It can take a day or two to show up there, so I will keep an eye on it for you.

Some of you were sharp enough to notice dates on the episodes, I didn't. Still, all is well as updates have resumed.

I like the title, I enjoy the narration, and I just realized this is a good point for me to start over to see if I can follow the story through all its twists and turns. (For the record, let me stress how much I enjoy not knowing where the story will go!)

I got the RSS feed, and see episode 23, but it will not load. It's kind of like a promise, so I do not despair.

Nice job, Mick!

Hi Terry. I have just posted another episode and am working to return to a more regular schedule of releases (every two weeks would be ideal). The story _will_ be completed as there is still quite a journey ahead for the characters.

I have just started to download your book 'Some Other Scotland ' and just noticed that nothing has been posted since last October. Have you abandoned the project or do you intend to complete it. Please let me know as I see no pleasure in starting a book and not having an end to it. (Like a lot of American series :-) )

Thank you all for the feedback on SOS. After an unintended hiatus, I am pleased to say that the podcast has returned with a regular schedule.

I have also re-recorded episode 5, so the narration is all mine across all episodes now.

Finally, to update the link that Arlene provides, the website (and wiki with lots of background information) is available at http://someotherscotland.com

I hope you enjoy the rest of the story!

It's been nearly six months since the last episode was released. Are we ever going to see another?

I found this podcast online and have enjoyed every episode. Mick Bordet uses the history we were taught in school but adds a few twists. Follow his detectives and archaeologists as they uncover a hidden society filled with mysteries. This is a new style of writing, readers are invited to go to Some Other Scotland website and partake in the direction of the story.

I wait eagerly for every episode and have friends who do the same. I will guide others here to listen to this tale filled with humor and intrigue.
