New author/producer submissions guidelines posted
We’ve posted new guidelines for author and/or producers. This new guide (version 2.0) is much more streamlined than the prior edition. Gone are much of the intangibles. There are plenty of resources — like our Community pages — to get a much wider cross section of the “art” of making a serialized audiobook.
Much more emphasis has been placed on the tangibles — tech specs, length, content and others. As we approach 300 books, a very clear pattern has emerged. Enough for us to declare One Right Way. We realize it’s not the only right way, but it’s ours.
If you are an author in the process of getting your submission ready, please read this new document. We think it’s helpful. And if you notice any problems with it, please leave some feedback. Corrections will be corrected quickly. Suggested additions/deletions/changes will be considered.
