Sleepwalker
Welcome Keith Latch to the site. Today he’s starting to release a free serialized audiobook version of his book, Sleepwalker:
Night after night, beautiful young women are murdered in the city of Memphis, home of the blues. The police have no clues and it all comes down to Detective Renee Juliard, a tough, gritty woman not very well liked among her collegaues, to save the city from the fear that continues to build like an enraged hurricane.
Tim Seale, a married newspaper editor is having trouble sleeping. Morning after morning, however, he awakes with his clothing damaged and sometimes even blood on his hands. As he begins his own, private investigation, he learns things he wish he hadn’t.
Because…
When Tim Seale closed his eyes, Evil awakes.
The first five episodes are currently in the default feed. Or if you want them all delivered to you over time and on a schedule you choose, take a custom feed.

Ok Keith, if I start listening to this book, you’re going to finish it right? Don’t get me hooked on a story and then pull it again

I was hooked from the first word. This is one exciting podcast.

Rachel Ann,
Thanks for the kind words. Glad you’re digging it. Your comment made my day!
David P.,
The infamous unfnished casts of Eyewitness and Omega were true experiements. Things are gouig much smoother with Sleepwalker. As a matter of fact, all but three final episodes are recorded and only about five percent needs to be edited in the final draft, so everything should be fine this go round.

I am really hoping something comes along soon for new material. I have gotten into this podcast and the story is at quite a cliffhanger. Please let us have new episodes soon!!!!

I enjoyed the story but~~~the author did not read it well,I would have someone else read it.

Hi Keith,
I’m about half way thru, and although I agree that the story would be enhanced by a better paced delivery (and maybe a little more editing too), I am enjoying it. For some reason, it’s reminiscent of a good, scary campfire story. Maybe it was the mention of hooks (laughing – that one creeped me out completely as a kid) Thanks for presenting your work in this format.

Jane,
Thanks for those kind words. Yes, the delivery and pacing could have been much better. Audio is not my forte, but to get a novella like this out, it had to go that way. Hope you continue to enjoy the tale. It reminds me of a creepy little pass-along story as well.
