Meanwhile, Casey and Sasha follow the old man to the strange town of Arturo Gyp.
But there is more afoot than meets the eye: the enemies of Mr. E - the nefarious Archons - are abroad. And when Max is at last eye-to-eye with his secret, he realizes nothing will ever be the same again…

When something is good then there will be a trickle-on affect as people spread the world, and Max Quick is no different. If you thought the first book was good, then you won’t be disappointed because this puppy is already shaping up to be an exciting read/listen. This book is a must-subscribe, but if you aren’t caught up then be sure to listen to the first book before you get to this one. And if you like it spread the news, buy a print copy, and if you are able to then donate.

Two Words to describe the Two Travelers:
Simply. Amazing.
I’ve already read through the book, but I was equally excited when I learned that the podiobook was coming. I literally counted down to the days and the day it came it, the first thing I did was download these episodes.
So far - based on the podiobook performance and the bit that has been released - I have never listened to a better audio book. Mark Jeffrey’s skill in story telling doesn’t just leave the reader listening, but it has the reader using all of his five senses to paint a vivid and amazing picture.
The Two Travelers is a must-download for all of those podcast fans out there, and I’m eagerly awaiting the next episode!

I’ve been waiting for this book since the end of Pocket… I only just realised it was available yesterday. Been listening to the podcasts which are admittedly FANTASTIC. I’m trying to get the book download but am having problem with the payment methods 0_0 which means I have to wait for the podcast installments.

I haven’t started this book yet, but I have a question for those who have; is the Casey character any better in this book?
When I heard about ‘Two Travelers’, I immediately listened to ‘The Pocket and the Pendant’ again to refresh myself with the world.
I loved it this time just as much as the first time, but I had forgotten just how infuriating the Casey character was.
When I was done with ‘The Pocket’ this time, my first thought was, “That was great!” My second thought was, “Man I hope Casey doesn’t make it to the sequel.”
Okay I really really don’t mean this to be a negative post. I loved ‘The Pocket’, but I I can’t take another 10 hours of intelligent and complex characters scraping and groveling for Princess Casey. I really want to start ‘Two Travelers’, but not if it’s going to be The Casey Show (part 2).
Can anyone help me out here?

Josh –
Well … Casey is back, yes. I am sorry she was so infuriating in book one … I’ll admit, she had a lot of growing up to do during the time of the Pocket. That was her character arc. However, she has done it, and I think you’ll like her quite a bit more this time around, and especially so by the end of this book. In fact, the Casey storyline in ‘Travelers’ is my personal favorite. On behalf of Casey, I ask you to give her one more chance

Well I just could not wait for the two travellers podcast to finish so I have purchased my very first audiobook for my iphone. The only trouble with this book is that it is very difficult to put down I was even reading this at work hiding my iphone between sheets of paper so that I looked busy.
I would walk home in the evenings with my head down still reading the book not paying any attention to cars or people around me.
Needless to say I LOVED this book; there is so much more going on and the book is FULL of SURPRISES, my imagination was running wild with some of the descriptions in the book. I dearly hope that there is a third book SOON. Come on Mark Pull thy finger out and give us more PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE

I’m sure that I’m in the minority here, but Max Quick: The Pocket and the Pendant set such a high standard that sadly the sequel is falling short for me. I’m 15 chapters into it and so far my impression is that there’s too much dialogue between characters and not enough storyline. The story is slow and not nearly as captivating as I had hoped. I’m going to finish the book, but can’t help but hope that it picks up in momentum soon.
