Double shot of podcast fiction action in SF Chronicle

SF Gate LogoLast Saturday, the San Francisco Chronicle/SF Gate ran a story featuring two of their local-boys-gone good; Seth Harwood and Scott Sigler. Both had (in case you hadn’t noticed) print book launches within the last month that made quite a splash on Amazon.com, publishing and their careers as writers on the whole.

It seems that you people — their fans — couldn’t get enough. You flooded the paper with so many comments and feedback that they ran a second story (again in print and online) that covered your groundswell of approval. From that new article:

SFGate readers from all over the United States (and beyond) were not only jumping out of their chairs with knowing enthusiasm for two Bay Area podcast novelists featured in the story, Scott Sigler and Seth Harwood, but also for other pioneers in the field. They also believed that the trend heralded a 21st century golden age of literature and offered their own recommendations to prove it.

Way to impress the papers, folks. Keep those comments and support of your favorite authors coming. It’s obviously making a difference.
