Mur Lafferty returns to the afterworld of Daniel and Kate with Heaven Season Four: Wasteland:
Daniel has been forced from the afterlife to be exiled in the wasteland, with nothing but his misery and Kate’s dead body. I’ve been waiting for this story since December when I devoured the first 3 books of the series. When it finally was posted I went threw it in one setting and I gotta say Mur you are cruel. this book left me with more questions then answers. I’m already looking forward to the next one.

Loved the story. Reminded me so much more of Heaven than the last two books. Well done Mur!

This novella was much better constucted than the other three. I liked it very much, however I wish it would have went a little bit further into the story than where it left off at. I do find myself more connected to Daniel in this book, where I was did not have any emotional connection to him in the other books. Mur, I look forward to War and hopefully sequel.

Mur when your done will you be putting all the Heaven chapters together the only reason that I call the chapters is because there part of a hole and are short

Love your voice too – I’m a real “voice addict” and I can’t get enough of yours. Okay, that sounds a bit creepy, but you really do have a nice voice. Heavenly!
The story itself also engages me, so pleasepleaseplease make more Heaven Seasons and you have at least one happy fan :]

In my arrogance, I always believed that I had a unique idea of what the afterlife would be. You have proven me SO wrong. When I began to listen to the first insallment in this series I aghast. You described the heaven I have believed in since I was a teenager. The simple idea that you will go wherever you think you’ll go makes so much more sense to me than anything else.
I guess I just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful writing and I look forward to hearing more!!!

I enjoyed all four heaven books. Good story and some interesting concepts. A little bit short but still good. I look forward to more in the series.
