Transistor Rodeo

Mark Yoshimoto Nemcoff continues to crank out the free audiobooks, this time with the all-ages action/adventure story Transistor Rodeo:

When a bunch of robotic cowboys and robotic animals from a big-budget spectacular mechanical traveling show go haywire and escape into the city of Los Angeles, it’s up to one broken down ex-rodeo star and his son to round them all up before something terrible happens.

Mark Yoshimoto Nemcoff is doing a great job with this podcast novel.

I’ve been subscribed and listening to this book since its promos at its original feed, so I’m not changing over to the podiobooks feed now, so sorry Mark, not adding to the charts here.

This is something a little new for Mark, seeing that he usually writes novels aimed at an adult audience, but that does not seem to have deteriorated this novel. His experience with writing novels and his challenge to himself to write a novel for all ages is what gave us this great novel.

Although Mark says that this is a novel for all ages, and “novel-for-all-ages” has a ring of “written-for-children” to it, this is not really written just for children. I’ve just turned 18, and I’m loving this book.

If you have not heard it yet, then what are you waiting for? Go ahead, listen to the Prologue right now. Trust me, this is one exciting podcast novel.

Apart from writing novels, Mark is excellent with music and his ability to blend the right music into his podcast novels at the right spots. This just adds to the great experience that his novels provide.

Keep up the great job Mark.

Great book but hard to follow when this sporadic. Hopefully this means that Mark is deeply engaged in the production of other content and will get back to this asap.
