Update on podcast novelist turned screen writer
A while back we announced that Precision Pictures had acquired the rights to Matt Wallace’s short story “Delve.” Matt is the author behind The Failed Cities Monologues and directly credits his giving away of his work for free in landing this gig with Precision Pictures.
To the left is a mock-up of the poster for the upcoming movie. It was designed by master visual effects artist Ian Brown, the man responsible for those sweeping shots of turn-of-the-century Paris at the beginning of Moulin Rouge! and one of the many talented Aussie effects people who brought the Lord of the Rings trilogy to life.
The poster looks fantastic, and I know I’m not alone in having major anticipatory anxiety over seeing Matt’s words show up on the big screen. We’ll post more on the production and release date as we hear it! Click the poster image if you want a larger version to pass around.
