Fans hit Dragon*Con in podiobook-inspired costumes
We talk a lot about “firsts” inside the four walls (ok, no walls) here at Podiobooks.com. First podiobook ever, first podiobook released in podcast form only, first children’s book in this format… it goes on and on.
Today I’m happy to report on a new kind of “first” that I heard about a week ago. It seems that two enterprising young people — Slava and Julie — took it upon themselves to create and wear costumes for two of the pivotal characters in Matt Wallace’s The Failed Cities Monologues; The Feral Twins. They did this at Dragon*Con, which is the place to show off you mad costuming skills if you are into cosplay.
