		<description>No, not AAC. We do have a single book in "enhanced" form (think slide-show while you listen). It was presented in MP4 format and was then made available sans-images in standard MP3. So we did it for all the right reasons, and never used evil-mean-wicked-nasty DRM.</description>

But didn't Podiobooks.com have some AAC files for a while? Not DRMed, but nevertheless closely tied to iTunes and the iPod.

Anyway, it seems from the example of Universal that the one sure way to end DRM is to hit it in the pocket.</description>
