Rule Of Existence
Podiobooks.com presents Dan Spencer’s, “Rules Of Existence:”
In the final days of World War One, a deadly epidemic grips America, killing more people than the war. As the disease spreads, Dr. Burton Reinhardt learns that mysterious circumstances have befallen his family. With that, an adventure begins. The influenza outbreak of 1918 sets off this novel about an unorthodox physician’s search for his missing daughter, the lawman intent on arresting him for a questionable crime, and the doctor’s compulsion to put his family above all else, even his sworn duties.

This is a great story line and a great story. The only problem is the author breaks down each podcast into 4, 5 6 minute units. This makes listening to this almost unbearable. It may be because this author wants you to buy his book rather than give him a donation here on Podiobooks. Books that I have enjoyed on Podiobooks, that have not bogged down their podcasts with ads and short episodes I have donated the 9.99. Which is a whole lot more than they get from book sales. I think they should theat the podcast community with a little more honesty. 4 and 5 minute epidodes are just not reasonable. This is an annoying podcast.

Unfortunately, this book has been halted by the author due to some personal issues. We hope he’ll come back and continue, but right now, we’re making in inactive for other subscribers.
