Privacy and Legal page updated

I spent some time to day with Matt hammering out some changes to the Privacy and Legal page on the site. Specifically, I changed the formatting quite a lot, added some clarity to a few things, fixed some pour gramer and speling — and added an entire DMCA section.

Comments are welcome, thought I am trying to keep the top part as conversational as possible. Of course, it may leave us unnecessarily exposed, so it may not stay.
