Technical Problems

Heya, folks…

Several of you have written me with various technical problems, and I’m working to clear them all up. They range from difficulty setting logins and password to invalid downloads. I am working to clear these up, and I’ll ask for your patience. I know how frustrating it is, and I’m working as fast as I can to cleaar things up.

If you report an issue to me, please let me know what version of your podcast you are using, and what browser and operating system you are on.

    I have problems with thw book “Against the tide”. I use Firefox 1.5.0.8 and the iTunes 7.0.2.1.6 . Before I tried to resubscribe, I could not download new episodes and had an exclamation point circle(iTune icon for bad adress). And now that I’ve unsubscribed/resubscribed, I dont even have the title of the book in my podcast list, only the adress is showing, preceded by the same exclamation point icon.

    Thank you for everything, I want you to know I am not complaining, I simply want to help you make it even better!
