Change you preference to 'download latest' instead of 'download all', then let it refresh the feeds. For all the affected feeds, turn the exposure triangle to show all the episodes and delete all the greyed-out duplicates from your podcast list. I had downloaded one chapter of one book ("Heaven" by Mur Lafferty), loved it, and then went back to get more, and the site was down... Now when I went back to the site, it did not recognize my login information. I had to re-register with the site. I'm pretty sure I had registered because I am on Mac OS X and the Keychain Manager had stored my username/password and prefilled the login form when I went back today.
