Excellent narration with a rat-a-tat delivery indicative of the genre. Good work and great fun. The Canuck playing Black Jack hides his accent well, but the word 'out' betrays him every time. I think it's cute.

How to describe Black Jack Justice...
erm... I can't.
Imagine two private detectives that can't really stand each other, working together to solve a case in each episode. radio-drama style. Sprinkle that with wonderful humour, and add to that a great voice cast and acting... and you are close to imagining Black Jack Justice.
But luckily you don't have to imagine it. Just listen to it. You'll be hooked from the first episode. And you too will be listening to the episodes over and over again.
Go ahead, try it, the first one's free.

I am incredibly fascinated by the Black Jack Justice shows; and the voice acting is really excellent - so excellent that I suspect I would be disappointed by simply reading the stories.
There is no episode I have not heard at least five times. They never cease to amaze me.

I love everything Decoder Ring Theatre has done. These people just do a great job with all of their stories. They are well produced, well acted, and just plain entertaining.

Keep it up guys!

These are truely astoundingly good stories, even better than The Red Panda, in my opinion. Not only do these perfectly recall the feel and cadence of hard boiled detective fiction, they do it with more humor and even heart than I would have thought possible. Honestly, one or two of these stories have left me a bit misty, there's just so much going on under the hard boiled exterior.

Just, wow.

The two act structure (there's barely a hint of a second act in some of these stories, but generally it's brushed over in narration) takes a little getting used to, but in the end I think it's just right for this format. I'm eagerly awaiting any other series Decoder Ring Theater might release in the future.

My God these books are fantastic! What a blast from the past! I'm a huge fan of pulp-era short stories. The twist is that these aren't old stories, but new ones produced in the style of old-time radio dramas, and what a wonderful format that is!

These stories are exciting and the language used is sometimes hilarious. Characters from Dashiell Hammett are inevitably evoked. It's great to see this art form being kept alive.
