Support group for aspiring podiobook authors created
Every day, staff members and current podiobook authors field a handful of questions (remember that some hands are larger than others) from prospective (that’s a nice way to say “wannabes”) podiobook authors. I get near-constant pings from my ego-filters as authors contemplate the first-steps in creating a podcast version of their novel, anthology or non-fiction book.

I highly encourage anyone curious about the art and science of making a successful audio book in podcast form to join the Podiobook Tips Support Group. It’s a Yahoo! Group, available to anyone who cares to jump into the mix. Several current podiobook authors have expressed interest in helping out over there, so sign up and start the questions flying!
Remember, there are no such things as stupid questions. There are such things as continually asked questions, however. But that shouldn’t happen for a bit. With a little luck and a lot of adoption from the community at large, this could be the place where you figure out what you’re doing before striking out on your own. We’re here to help!
