Re-download those old, truncated files…
You’ve subscribed to a Podiobook. You came to the climax of the story only to find out that the download was incomplete. “Curses!” you say. “How ever will I hear the rest of this grand Podiobook?”
In the past, you would send me an email, and we’d work together to figure the problem out. However…many of you told us that you wanted the ability to go brab the file yourself. Well…thanks to Rick, the guy who is currently bailing my a$$ out of the fire, you can now do exactly that. Here’s how:
If you have a problem with the file, visit the book detail page for the title. If you are currently subscribed to the title (which, you know, you would be, or you would not be downloading files, right?), you will see the chapter titles as links for each file that has been released to you. Click the file, and you can download the file again, manually…no podcatcher needed.
We hope this helps the many of you who have asked for a way to direct-download the files. As usual, if you have any problems, do let us know.
And thank Rick when you see him.
